Product overview
The half moon flange wellhead is used to connect the tubing thread pin and the wellhead, the upper part is connected with the tubing thread pin , and the lower part is connected with the wellhead. The half-moon wellhead flange is connected by bolts and nuts. When in use, the gasket is placed between the sealing surface, after tightening the nut, the specific pressure on the surface of the gasket will be deformed after reaching a certain value, and the uneven part of the sealing surface will be filled, so that the connection is tight and does not leak.
Pressure Testing
The half-moon flange wellheads should be tested regularly for compressive strength, and the test pressure is 1.5 times the working pressure.
1. Install the pressure test connector and connect the pressure test hose;
2. Start the pressure test pump for pressure test: press to the test pressure, hold the pressure for 15 minutes without leakage, fill in the test record card.
